1. MacIntyre Law is a company registered in England under number 6880645, registered office 82-84 High Street, Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, MK11 1AH. MacIntyre Law is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Our SRA registration number is 519501.
2. We maintain professional indemnity insurance in accordance with our regulatory obligations as imposed by the SRA. Details of our professional indemnity insurance are available for inspection at our offices and/or on request.

3. Availability, accessibility and conditions of use

1. 1. We want to give you the best possible service. However, if at any point you become unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided you should inform us immediately so we can do our best to resolve the problem.
2. In the first instance it may be helpful to contact the person who is working on your matter to discuss your concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues. If you would like to make a formal complaint, you can read our full complaints procedure. Making a complaint will not affect how we handle your matter.
