25 Feb Employment Tribunal Fees – what do you need?

Following feedback, Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service has made a number of changes to its fee remission guidance. The following changes have been made:

The Employment Tribunal will now accept:

• Photocopies of original documents;
• Details of the relevant threshold of disposable income and not the exact amount;
• DWP letters confirming benefits received dated within the last three months;

Printed copies of bank statements from an online banking system.
